Tech & Coding in the 21st Century

In this program, students will gain an insider’s perspective on today’s fastest-growing industry: tech. We go through a mini coding Bootcamp, developing the groundwork for a skill that many employers are coming to value in the new age of computing and work. We also explore of careers in tech, interviewing and engaging with industry professionals at companies and start-ups to learn about their personal journeys and to discuss key issues in the tech and innovation world.

The course concludes with a hackathon, where students create their own website or solve a programming problem, presenting their final projects and solutions in front of classmates and industry professionals.
