Maria Teresa has been working in outdoor education since 2013. She studied psychology and has traveled all around Colombia on extraordinary adventures which made her grow as a person and convinced her that education is the base of all processes. She loves getting out of the city and exploring new places; she enjoys having contact with the locals and the landscapes. She has worked extensively with Envoys’ Colombian sister company, Zambo, leading local programs. Her favorite book is 100 Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez and her favorite destinations in Colombia are La Guajira and Ciudad Perdida. She considers herself a very active
person. She is very committed to her work and works to be responsible in all aspects of her life.
